Very impressed with the professional way the staff dealt with the patients. They were always concerned with my comfort and care. Not one person showed any negativity. If god willing I ever had to come back to rehab, I'd come back to Harris Hill in a minute!

I'd like to make a shout out to an employee at this facility. Nurse Keegan Connolly was just doing his "job" When he made contact with me about my loved one in the facility. Went far and beyond when contacting me. During our conversation he went over more concerns that I expressed concern about previously. This tells me that my concerns about my loved ones' care were in fact noted and he followed up on those notes. I felt much at ease after our conversation. He implemented my concerns happily. My loved one is being trea... read more

I want to show special recognition to a nurse supervisor, Jen Kennedy. In a matter of several hours, I called her about 4 times for information about my loved one, who is a current patient in the facility. Jen has shown extreme patience with me while I was making inquiries about my loved one each and every time I called. She was so helpful and happy to make sure both my loved ones and myself were at ease with my loved ones' stay there. I understand that our nursing staff in WNY is understaffed and can be a big challenge on t... read more

This is the worst place to take anyone. The good thing is the therapy department. Medication is always late that's even if you get what your supposed to. Your call light can be on 45 minutes to an hour to goto bathroom. Social workers do not work for the patient, it's all a money game. As for having an issue and going to administration, for get that. People need better care .This facility needs a major over haul its horrible with staffing on weekends. It's time to change upper management. Its sad how these patients are not ge... read more

Please make sure that you review all of the sites with reviews of this facility. We made the mistake of not doing so, and saw mostly positive reviews. We tended to minimize the negative reviews. Unfortunately, our experiences have been consistent with the negative reviews. The nursing staff is fairly good. Unfortunately, that cannot be said for other areas - rehab, food, maintenance, housekeeping, activities, and AIDES. The aides are especially inadequate; family member has experiened neglect, verbal abuse and denial of the... read more

My mother has been at Harris Hill three times since 2019. The past two stays, post-covid, the facility has taken a tremendous downturn. The entire place, from the moment you walk in the door, smells like urine. The floors are sticky. The rooms are ant-ridden, dirty and unkempt. Mom's mattress was eroded and smelled like urine. Linens were scarce; the help to get them changed even more scarce. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
