I would send my dog there, they waited to send my brother to BGH when hiis kidney and liver failed, getting to BGH he died 45 minutes later, we were told he didn;t eat or drink for 3 days, when i asked to get a window visit they told me no because he had no window I had to wait till he got another room, they would not even take him to a window, he was not shaven at all while there i haven;t seen my brother at all while he was there, please there are other places too go not there, BROKEN HEARTED SISTER, my brother did... read more
Not Happy With Mom's Care
The nursing staff was very pleasant and usually helpful but the processes of care were not good. From medications on admission not delivered until midnight to pain medication not ordered when it ran out leaving a long gap in time, to no assistance at the time of discharge, the quality was lacking. The Physical Therapy department and the physician were excellent and accommodating.
