I was bound to my bed dependent on help to go to urinate. I'd put my light on and wait for over an hour. Finally, I had to demand a bedpan which the aides don't like to empty, otherwise, why not give the patient one at the beginning? They kept telling me, "You're in a diaper." I refuse to defecate or urinate and sit/lay it in for hours. Yep, I got a UTI maybe for having to hold it so long... they put me on antibiotics but it returned again and again. I was discharged from this facility recently. I was supposed to receive a prescription medication to ease my pain at home. The Social Worker tells me that my medicine has been sent to the pharmacy, but when I call the Pharmacy, they have no prescription available for me. I call the Social worker daily for over a week, and they assure me that the prescription has been sent in. Still no medication. My mother was there for 4 weeks. I was there every day to visit. It Started out ok care and then went downhill. She was only bathed once that I was able to tell. The last weekend there was horrible and completely unacceptable. I requested an aid to get my mother get cleaned up, she had soiled clothes and took over 3 hours before I was able to get assistance. Horrible and unethical place. There is constant mistreatment of my father and misinformation from all staff. My father is not receiving the proper care for his situation. Depending on the nurse at the time depends on the care your loved one gets… and forget about contacting “Brittany” the social service worker. She is incompetent and obviously doesn’t care about the patients at this facility and how they are treated. This place is about to be a reall shit hole Especially after Alex from Northgate comes there to work the guy is always drunk his dad is his boss so this place is goin down in Flames so we’re all glad he’s going to Harris Hill to burn it down

This place should be ashamed. I witness someone had to take every meal cause when they decide to serve the food it’s old and ice cold. Yes when decide wanna hand food out numerous times the patient went without given a tray. Leave you sit in soil open windows in middle of winter as patient lays there freezing. Remind you at that time this is covid only facility so obvious there cause test positive covid. So let’s open up window in middle of winter smart move there. First couple of days in and I'm not impressed. My mother is still in the same clothes as the day before! She's not being taken care of!
