(Verified Renter) I am not please with the fact that I continuously have issues with the staff. such as them calling me and telling me that I had a check bounce when I submitted a cashiers check. That I was waiting for a contract and had to remind them and then when my payment bounced and 5 times I got a different amount from the same woman. It is hard... (Verified Renter) It is hard for me to find parking after 5:00/5:30 in front of the apartment building when I want to unload from my car. It would be great to have the step that is broken repaired.
I don't agree... (Verified Renter) I don't agree with the way of the water bill. Rather have my own meter and not have to spit one bill with the entire building.
The community started... (Verified Renter) The community started looking 'trashy' The roads full of holes, trash bin always over stuffed with trash lying in yards around, glass all over the area where the trash bins were. Cigarette butts flying everywhere, hesitant to take a walk due to dog waste everywhere!
Prospective tenant They say that even if a tenant dies they have to give a 60 day notice. Poor office management they bully you and speak while you are speaking, street mentality. r

Secondhand Smoke Issues I've lived in Harrison Place Apartments for over a year and a half. I've had issues a few times where a bit of smoke got through from another apartment, but it hasn't been a predominant issue until this winter. It took almost three weeks and repeated calls and visits to the leasing office for them to acknowledge that there was a problem. It's a good,... (Verified Renter) It's a good, safe community. The parking lot situation with more cars than your lot can handle? Absolute garbage. Needs to be fixed.
Parking is horrible.... (Verified Renter) Parking is horrible. If u come home anytime after 9 you have to park far away and on the weekends the trash is terrible. Hanging outside of the compact and on the ground.
