Nice place, but there some cons Lived here a year.....Pros - great location, the pool and it is quiet! Con #1 - DO not move by the dumpster. You will experience A LOT of flies and the smell is horrible. Not to mention the trash piles up (outside the dumpster) on the weekends, so you will find yourself apologizing to your guest constantly - it is horrible! The community appeared... (Verified Renter) The community appeared neat, clean and well kept. The office staff were professional and friendly.
The only problem... (Verified Renter) The only problem I have is parking. I see all kinds of different cars there Day in and day out. People that don't live there. I should have a parking place when I get home without having to pay extra for a car port. The community needs to provide parking passes to residents and start towing non-residents that are taking up paying tenants spots.
