I have lived... (Verified Renter) I have lived here for 10+ years. The complex has really deteriorated. Specifically, with trash all around the property grounds, garbage dumpster and appearance.
Nice if you love being upcharge. Constantly raising rent... And the place is a dumpster

Residents are suffering Where do I even begin with this place. From the start of moving in (October 2018) to now (July 2019) we have had tons of issues with maintenance and the office. When we moved in there was only one maintenance guy so none of the items we found wrong in the apartment prior to moving in were fixed. About two months after moving in, my boyfriend was walking to the mailbox around 7pm to have some lunatics drive past him and fire their gun out the passenger window into the air before driving out of the apar... read more

Overpriced and horribly managed The only good thing I can say about this place is that the maintenance people were prompt, that is it. They stuck a notice in my door about “excessive amounts of dog waste around the outside of my apt” and that I needed to clean up after my dog...only I did not have a dog or any pets at any time I lived there. Then, the manager, Hailey, allowed someone to enter my apartment (and other apts.)while I was at work, without notifying any of the tenants in advance, in a non-emergency situation. When... read more

We love the... (Verified Renter) We love the apartment itself and office staff have been friendly and helpful. Parking is extremely difficult in the complex. We had to pay an additional fee to get a carport to ensure that both our vehicles would have a spot to park in daily. We have been disappointed with the maintenance requests that have been made. The complex is... (Verified Renter) The complex is way over priced. if you move in during a special or when rates are actually reasonable the next year they jump $150+ to match whatever the current rate is...that's wrong! A price increase is expected but of $25 - $30 ( the amount that it would normally go up)

The apartments are... (Verified Renter) The apartments are nice which is why I would recommend them but the prices don't match the quality of the apartments in my opinion. I was lucky to be the first to move in a new renovated apartment which I loved for a reasonable price, then I decided to move in the duplex and I wasn't lucky to be the first and it was not up to standard as my last apartment and the price was very over priced.
I love the... (Verified Renter) I love the apartment and the updated features in the apartments but the only issue is parking. Parking is horrible. If you don?t get home by a certain time then more than likely you will not have anywhere, especially in front of your building to park. Then people that don?t have handicap parking tags are taking all the handicap spots. The rent is... (Verified Renter) The rent is high for the area and the space. The amount of money required to break the lease is unreasonable and ridiculous, but I had to do it anyways.
