It was very pleasant and professional. Staff were very friendly
They still owe me money as reimbursement after I paid up front but my insurance paid them in November. Hawaii Dental Clinic - Wailuku won't respond to email or multiple voicemails left by me and my insurance company since January. Very unprofessional and potentially fraudulent business.
The office was not abiding by basic covid safety measures, dentist did not know how to use tools & did a very poor job of cleaning my teeth. They tried to pressure me into dental work ($1500) that is not needed. Have repeatedly contacted the office to speak with a company manager and have been brushed off and not contacted by a manager. The only positive was the hygienist/helper was very good & pleasant.
RecommendedAlways friendly and cheerful. My hygienist is terrific and the dentists are great. I was a patient of Dr Yamaguma for decades and was a little concerned when he semi retired but the new guys are great too
