I wish I had learned my lesson with the first horrible visit! I will never go back! I left in tears, dr H was Rude, after slapping me on the arm, he says “ I’m finished”
STAY AWAY FROM DR.HARADA ...This was the worst dental experience I have ever had in a dental office .also his colleague very very rude impatient these people are not friendly nice informative just egotistical emotionless jerks I left this office in tears 2 times as he was yelling at me on my way out i have never been more embarrassed in front of the desk girl both doctors very rude i cant say it enuff i was traumatized
Unfortunately...no one from this office cared to return my concerned and urgent call in understanding a procedure that was performed on my daughter on 10/23/18. Well I've concluded that the 2 hour root canal procedure that left my daughter with a part of the broken instrument in her tooth which couldn't be extracted is unacceptable and shows a lack of experience in this field of dentistry. Prior to this her last appointment 2 weeks ago left her with ongoing pain, sensitivity yet told that her teeth are just "sensitive"...So ... read more
