Hidden Falls is beautiful! I will 100% stand by that exclamation, but that is where my positive review of this venue will end. Please read all of this before you consider booking with them. I booked the venue a year and a half before our date, when Hidden Falls was under different management and was The Lodge at Bridal Veil Falls. While the venue was nice, Connie our day of Lodge coordinator was not only unaccommodating but also extremely rude and did not deliver on what we had paid for. The venue coordinators shorted us two tables than what we had asked for, which caused so much stress and running around given that we had set table arrangements. They did nothing to compensate this or fix the situation even though there was enough time to set up two more tables really quickly. We had our wedding on 1-08-2016. Do not get me wrong, the venue itself is gorgeous! The waterfall was one of the main reasons I chose this place, it took my breath away the first time I saw it. But the minute we signed our contract, it just went downhill from there. They seriously nickel and dime you for everything, so make sure you read WORD FOR WORD on your contract. Had my wedding here Aug 1st. Beautiful wedding thanks to me and my groom only. Don't know what kind of scam this venue is running but a wedding that was suppose to cost 10,000 ended up costing 30,000. Worst wedding coordinator ever.... This venue ONLY comes with the place... So be prepared to swallow the cost of tables, linens, dishes, bar tending, alcohol, and anything else you can think of besides a place you can get married. We also offer wedding coordinating, linen, and centerpiece packages separately. We provide an estimate prior to booking with us.
