We just had our wedding at Nature's Point in January. Our wedding was the first "ice" wedding NP has ever had to deal with (it rained/iced the days leading up to the wedding and the day of), and I could not have imagined a better place to have helped us deal with this. I had my wedding at The Lodge at Bridal Veil Falls and the whole thing was a dream come true! The weather was a little iffy and I made the decision to have it inside even though the whole landscape in the back is really what sets this place apart from the others. Beautiful venue, but very remote. Plan on providing a shuttle or other transportation options for your guests, especially those who aren't familiar with the area!

We love being in the Hill Country as we feel the setting is really what makes us unique but understand we can feel remote to some. :) When we opened in 2013, some GPS systems were't friendly to us but we are now recognized on the map, making it easy for people to get here. I rate this venue a 4 instead of a 5 because we were one of the first weddings there, and it wasn't as "finished" as it could have been. I also wish there had been a second coordinator working the night of our wedding. But, it was a gorgeous area, the lighting, ceremony, space, and setup is amazing. The waterfall background sets the mood, and the indoor/outdoor bar and dancefloor make it great for cooler weather weddings.

The day of coordinator Aniah was the best part of our stay. She made the rehearsal and day of run smoothly and efficiently. There were minor inconveniences here and there throughout the day, but she did her best to resolve them all in a timely manner. It did seem as though the groom's suite was forgotten about. We couldn't get our TV to work and we ran out of drinks. Neither matter was completely resolved, but in the end it's such a small thing I didn't care. My daughter's wedding was 10/27/23. Our end of night encounter with the General Manager, Lisa Hardwick ruined the evening and upset both groom/bride not to mention us and the entire wedding party!!!!!! We paid a lot of money for our daughter's wedding and to be treated this way was completely uncalled for and appalling! Ms. Hardwick accused the groomsmen of doing something they didn't do. The scenery and esthetics of this venue are amazing. Unfortunately, some of the staff tainted this experience for us. Specifically, Dustin, the Manager. He was NOT helpful, often rude to us and eventually unresponsive to our needs. Onyi, our day of Coordinator was truly an Angel. She saved the evening. My daughters wedding was on Saturday evening. I will preface this review by stating that the property and the facilities are beautiful. Aesthetically, this venue is perfect. The staff and management however are so terrible, that I would advise any bride that does not want to stress on her big day to stay away. We had our wedding in March 2023, things seemingly went smoothly other than the venue and our planning coordinator were very difficult to get a hold of.
