We just had our wedding and it went so smooth and amazing. The employees at the venue were very responsive during the two years we were planning. They responded to every question and helped us every step of the way. Karina was our day of coordinator so was Pete. They were awesome made sure we were taken care of and everything went very smooth. It was a perfect day

This venue is absolutely beautiful. The staff was great and my wedding was perfect. For a minute it was a little hard to get in touch with someone but once that was situated everyone responded very quickly. Pete was great handling everything and getting everything I wanted and making everything go so smoothly the day of. My day or coordinator was Karina and she was AMAZING. Hayes Hallow was a dream to have our wedding!! All our guests were in awe of how beautiful it was, especially the waterfall view. We had our ceremony and reception there and all things went very smoothly. Rachel and Samantha were very responsive to all questions leading up to the wedding and the day of. Guests complimented the food too! The only minor bump of the day was the leaking AC in the bridal suite, but that couldn't stop the amazing day. Overall great experience and highly recommend!

This venue was beautiful yet simple! We got so many compliments throughout the evening and all of the staff was great to work with. We started out with someone else, but Rachel ended up being our main contact and day of coordinator and she was super helpful and easy to get a hold of. As a bride who was getting married 300+ miles away from home she helped make the entire planning process go smoothly!

Hidden Falls is a beautiful venue and we were so lucky to be able to have our COVID safe wedding there! My husband and I love the waterfall backdrop and the reception area is beautiful! The staff made it easy to plan everything and made sure it was perfect for our day!

I had a positive experience with my venue and the day went off without a hitch however, there are so many fees and upcharges here! If you book, as allllll the questions so you aren't left with any surprised. The staff was kind but at times I felt like things were very money focused. There was an instance where I wanted to come and look around to gather measurements for a vender and I received kick back to do so. This venue books quick so if your date is available take it! This venue has the best of both worlds. A great outside ceremony view and a spacious reception. The staircase and chandelier are the most stunning parts. There is lodging all around the venue that makes it so convenient. I would say make sure you know their policy and what your venue includes and fees.
