Kayci and Aniah were amazing!!!! My daughter had her wedding reception on June 16th. From the moment we stepped onto the venue these two ladies were amazing!!!! They were polite, responsive and handled every situation with promptness and professionalism!!! We even forgot some items at the venue that were needed at the church for the wedding and Kayci drove and met us half way so the items could be used in the wedding!!!! Above and beyond! We got married at the Hayes Hollow location. This venue was amazing! Everything's included and it makes planning so easy. Could not have asked for a more beautiful space for our wedding. We received so many compliments! Communication could have been better and there were a couple times we couldn't find our coordinator when setting up, but overall an amazing experience.

The level of hospitality this venue and their staff has is unexplainable. From start to finish the staff was incredibly helpful and supportive. We all want a perfect wedding but let’s be real that’s not always the case the day of however the folks at Hayes Hallow do their damn near best to make it as seamless as possible (Alex and Samantha).
