My husband and I LOVED this venue. It was so beautiful and our coordinator Chandler was amazing on our wonderful day!!!

Hidden falls' staff made everything we had discussed over the phone come to life on our wedding day! We live in Colorado and had a stress-free out of state wedding with a big family! The venue itself is breathtaking! Other than that, I was pretty disappointed. The coordinator that was assigned to my wedding, I don’t remember seeing her whatsoever on the day of. There was also a ton of confusion in paperwork details because the coordinator we were previously working with stopped working at that venue, so when our details got relayed to the new coordinator there was a lot of information missing. I had my wedding at Hidden Falls and it was beautiful! The staff is great and respond quick to any question you might have. The food is fantastic and your wedding coordinator will help you with anything you might need. The place is beautiful!

The venue at Hidden Falls Hayes Hollow is beautiful and I fell in love with it at first sight! The only reason I wouldn't give my experience five stars is because our wedding day coordinator and the difficulty getting anyone to answer the phone there, even on weekdays. When we initially signed our contract, we were so excited and Abigail really did a great job answering all of our questions. My husband and I got married at Hayes Hollow and it was the most beautiful wedding I could have asked for! The team on site worked with us so seamless while we waited to see if it was going to rain and were so open to waiting until the last possible second to make a decision, and we were able to get married in front of the falls. Hidden falls was super easy to work with especially the day of. Tawny, was our wedding coordinator and was simply amazing. She helped everything run so smoothly. We highly recommend this venue not just for its beautiful location but for the excellent service provided.

Hidden Falls was perfect! They were so accommodating through the whole process when it came to planning the day of and any days I needed to visit the venue for planning stuff. The only complaint I have is that (I'm sure like every venue) they charge you for every little thing. But other than that, the staff was great and our wedding night was perfect!!
