I was at Garden Grove Health Solutions on April 7th, last Tuesday for my employment drug test, Maria took my driver’s license for her to copy and never gave me back my driver’s license and I got busy completing application and urine test. When I got home, I’ve noticed that my drivers license was missing and called to see if they had it and Maria said he forgot to give it back to me and asked me to come back and pick it up, I was too busy to go back 30 minutes drive each way and asked her to mail it to my home address and aft... read more
