As always Healthpointe can't manage to send reminders for appointments, or give you a complete schedule. I was called in for an appointment part 1 of 2 where i was to have injections, and after waiting in the room was told i only needed to sign papers. Seriously my wife had to take off work because i was to need a driver. So she lost 4 hrs of work and I lost 3. Haven't they heard of Docusign. De la chinchada mala compañía no la recomiendo para nada muy mal trato y te asen sentir mal y sobre todo te levantan falsos que tienes corona virus cuando no la tienes

Had a phone appointment January 15 2021and no one called. Then a rep called to ask if I stiill wanted the appt 3 hours later I said yes he put me on hold and then the call disconnected and no one has called me back yet. It's now January 18.2021

Made an appointment to pick up my orthodics they were not there. Call two days later after not hear from the office, was told they were sent to the Ontario office. Was told again they were going to call me to let me know when they were at the Garden Grove office.

Mi Dra es excelente, solo k dan las citas a varias personas al mismo tiempo, estámos en una pandemia y por lo menos habiamos 25 personas en el lugar para ver a la misma dra eso no puede pasar hable con una de las chicas de el mostrador y molesta me contesto que no podia hacer nada.
