I really like it
It might be a great venue to get everything done but it is very frustrating to try to get anyone to help you! I spent hour and a half trying to get something sorted out but kept on hold then drop the call. Also nobody seems to know what to do because they do not seem to listen to what you need! I’m not very impressed by the whole system!
I had a disappointing interaction with Carmen from the Corona office. Despite being in significant pain and unable to drive due to medication, she was uncompassionate and only offered limited options to see the doctor in person. Her lack of empathy and professionalism makes me question her suitability for a role in healthcare or customer service. Additionally, my experience with the call center was similarly unsatisfactory. It’s sad to hear how miserable she is in her job .
