It was very informative and interesting.
I waited for 40 mins for someone to connect and no one ever did the man that I talked to send me the infor did it why he still was on line I did exactly what he told me to do and he said OK stay here you’re on just wait for somebody to come on and nobody ever did was really upset
Very unprofessional. It took about 30 minutes to bring me into the room, just for me to sit there and 10 minutes later, be taken to another room where I got my blood drawn and didn’t see a doctor
Went in on Friday for my appointment and the girl that was checking me out was so drunk she couldn’t even stand straight she kept dropping all the papers on the floor and slamming the keyboard.that’s crazy how no manger was there to see her actions. Healthpointe is really becoming a bad place to go.

Great place! dr. are very compassionate wouldn’t want to go anywhere else and love the Therapy DR. He’s amazing.
This place is a joke. I went to see the doctor there for my Workman Comp Case for my back injury and all the doctor recommended that I do back exercises three time a day, what a joke.
Irwindale: Have been having same problem for 15years. workers comp gives auth for surgery, but dr's give me more and more drugs.
Irwindale: The Healthpointe sign was hard to see form the street, clinic was hard to find!!!!
