I went for a well woman visit and she asked some questions prescribed me something in return I was billed for an office visit when my well woman exams are covered at 100%. My Dr. retired which I was very sad to hear. I will not be returning if they do not fix the problem with their billing. I felt very uncomfortable with this Dr. not sure why or if it was just unfamiliar,

I've been going here for a year and have been using the same birth control for 6 years.. a birth control that I have to go pick up prior to the visit and now am get ads for causing brain tumors, etc. The last few times I've asked about this the nurses or whoever is seeing me has no idea. They also google my questions right in front of me.. I also had blood work done there and did not get my results for over 6 months until I asked for it. I honestly don't even know why it was drawn. Then when I asked to do another but this ti... read more

I wasn’t impressed. There was no real review of my medical history, I had doc they weren’t reviewed just criticized. I trust the doc I worked w for the last year, she changed my life, so to have someone just say all that was wrong, more tests is just not what I needed or wanted to hear. You can make valued suggestions or plans without doing a review or research. Just not a helpful experience.

No one told me they moved the office. Went to the old building to find a note on the door saying they moved. Fortunately I was early and could get there on time. There was a number on the door to call if I was going to be late. I called it. I have called it before. You DO NOT answer this phone. There is no way to call my doctor. I do Not like that. The new building looked like a converted warehouse.

The NP was terse, rushed through the appointment, was not friendly, and spent very little time with me. She did not ask me any questions that I think would be normal during an examination where I specifically expressed concern for the symptoms that I was experiencing. In addition, the notes say I was screened for depression. Zero questions were asked about that and I didn’t mention it so I’m not sure where that came from. I am new to the area and was hoping to find a permanent provider. I was very disappointed. I will ... read more

I scheduled for a new patient visit and filled out all paperwork online. I did not think anything of the depression survey, but it was an entirely separate charge and never reviewed in the room. I feel that is an elective service that was presented as new patient paperwork online, and that is misleading. Include the survey in the new patient visit, or better communicate that it is another service and will be charged. The doctor was 30+min late into my room, and spent more time discussing birth control options than establishi... read more
