Bad feeling overall. Unwelcoming clinic atmosphere, assuming staff, mostly focused on natal care and so not a good place for young women, who have other health care needs. It would be better if the doctor had asked more open ended questions, instead of rattling off a million options that the patient has never heard of. I was very dissatisfied with the nurse in the lab at my visit today. She has a major attitude. If she isn't able to have respect for the patients, then she needs to find somewhere else to work. Most people that work for Heartland are very friendly and truly seem to have a passion for what they do, but not her. I will not be returning to her specifically and I hope she doesn't have a job long there.

I have been going to the wentzville location for 2 years +/-. This is the 3rd doctor I've had since I started. The lady they put in there now is awful! Very ignorant! I will find a new location before I go back. I let the receptionist know I didn't even want a followup appointment. She made me feel like I was in the wrong. I'm sorry, but when you go to the doctor it's for help. Not to be treated like crap.

I had an appointment scheduled for 10 am and arrived at 9:45. I was not taken back into a room until 10:45. I was also told by the receptionist the reason that it was taking so long is because the practice took in too many walk ins and set them back. If I arrived at 10:45 for my 10am appointment I would have been rejected and had to reschedule. Walked in and was the only person there but for what ever reason still had to wait 15min in the waiting room to even be brought back. Once in the room the nurse got my info and left and forgot to inform the Dr that I was there so I again had to wait another 15-20 min to be seen. Dr Bucy did a great job on my ablasion! This review is for the billing dept. I am owed a refund from 17 months ago and they have not sent me a check. I have called at least a dozen times and they say I can expect a check in 12 weeks. I would appreciate my refund! Completely outrageous for this to go on for so long!

The doctor didn’t know why I was there. She thought I was there to get stitches removed, I don’t nor have I had stitches in over a decade. When I told her I wasn’t there for that she asked why I was there. She never checked my chart to see why I was there even though the nurse wrote everything down on my chart. She then wanted to do bloodwork that I had just had done a month and a half ago which she would have known if she had checked my chart.
