I arrived early for my appointment and they got me in and out before my scheduled time! Dr. Smith was amazing. It was my first time meeting her and she is just wonderful. She made me feel so comfortable and seen. I was very nervous going in as I had not been to see anyone in several years. I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was.

I had a great experience at the Waterloo location. I didn't have to wait past my appointment time, the nurses and NP listened to my concerns and didn't rush through the appointment. I wouldn't go to any other location after this visit.
