I had a great experience at the Waterloo location. I didn't have to wait past my appointment time, the nurses and NP listened to my concerns and didn't rush through the appointment. I wouldn't go to any other location after this visit.

The staff is good at the Waterloo office, in my opinion. My concern is the lack of ease during communication between patient/provider alongside absent clinical notes (aside from the basic copy paste) on the portal. I called the Waterloo phone number and was sent to of course the outsourcing line. 15 minutes of hold music only to get d/c w/o a call back.
