Everyone at the Waterloo, Illinois office was absolutely amazing. Professional and friendly. Marla was super helpful in answering all my questions and explaining everything regarding going through menopause and after.

I was having an issue and on a Sunday night, I was able to make an appointment online for that coming Wednesday. The team was proactive and scheduled an ultra sound to be done onsite during my appointment. Everyone that I saw that day was friendly, caring and professional.

Its always nerve racking finding a new dr, but a new lady dr is even more nerve racking. I have never felt so important and relaxed at any Dr's office before.

This place is truly exceptional! The staff takes the time to listen to and answer all my questions thoroughly, and I feel completely comfortable during every visit. Their professionalism, kindness, and expertise make such a difference. The staff is always friendly and efficient, and I never feel rushed. I’m so grateful to have found an OBGYN who genuinely cares about her patients’ health and well-being.

They got me in 5 minutes before my scheduled time and the nurse asked detailed questions about my intention for the visit. She was personable and easy to talk to and when she was done, Marla came in within probably two minutes. She was wonderful! Explained my options, addressed my concerns, and offered me an additional option I hadn’t thought about. All of the staff are great! Very personable! Much better vibe than the Shiloh location. I definitely recommend Marla and her Staff!
