Very good. Marla Smith is very professional and good to talk to. I m very comfortable with her.
Marla and staff are amazing! From the moment you walk in the door it's inviting and comfortable and very professional. Everyone is very responsive and respectful. I also truly appreciate the amount of time that Marla spends on her exams, as well as discussing overall health and guidance on menopausal issues.

The ultrasound technician was very professional. The Doctor was patient and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this Office to anyone in need of a Gynecologist.
The staff are so nice. Marla seems to really care and listens to you. I do not like medical appointments but they make it less horrible. Always a positive experience

Heartland Women’s Healthcare in Waterloo does a great job, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and she took care of the necessary information in a timely manner. And as always Dr. Skelly is very thorough and personable.
Punctual, friendly, efficient and professional. Front desk, and clinical staff were respectful and direct Marla was compassionate, understanding and professional. Informative and reassuring.
