Office ran efficiently. Dr. Very personable.
Dr Skelly is the best. Staff in Waterloo was not very friendly and the room I was in wasn’t clean like I would hope to have in a medical facility. Main areas were clean but corners needed artention.
The doctor was so personable to me and discussed important issues regarding my care.

I have been happy with the service providers. However, "healthcare as a business" is not impressing me. The folks at your "call center" are less than stellar. Some of my experiences have improved. My initial contact a few years ago was unpleasant at best. I am a 46 year woman with an assertive personality and a lot of life experiences to be able to "hold my own" and verbalize my needs.
