Dr. Skelly is an excellent doctor.
Dr. Skelly made me feel comfortable and at ease before diving into the reason for my visit. It is the first time in a very long time a doctor actually chatted with me to get to know me and I could not be more happy with my experience.

I have been happy with the service providers. However, "healthcare as a business" is not impressing me. The folks at your "call center" are less than stellar. Some of my experiences have improved. My initial contact a few years ago was unpleasant at best. I am a 46 year woman with an assertive personality and a lot of life experiences to be able to "hold my own" and verbalize my needs.
