I have been happy with the service providers. However, "healthcare as a business" is not impressing me. The folks at your "call center" are less than stellar. Some of my experiences have improved. My initial contact a few years ago was unpleasant at best. I am a 46 year woman with an assertive personality and a lot of life experiences to be able to "hold my own" and verbalize my needs. Marla made me feel like a human with legitimate concerns. She listened to me, explained to me and worked with me to get me going in the right direction.

Friendly and efficient. Explaining everything so I could understand.
Nice staff, and Marla is great, but the walls are too thin. I could hear the conversations between Marla and other patients.
