Hugo went above and beyond during my house buying experience. I called Hugo on a new listing in my desired neighborhood and we were in the house with in less than 2 hours.!! Always prompt with communication, keeping me informed throughout the process. Returning calls quickly and worked around my work schedule, regardless if that meant after hours (5p), and I ended up getting the house I wanted.!!!
