David is the BEST!!! First, he was a great listener and really took my wants and needs into consideration as we looked at a LOT of homes. Amy sold my home promptly. She listened to my questions and concerns with patience and answered them thoroughly. I live in Chicago and Amy saw that everything which needed to be taken care of to sell it was done. I am very glad that I chose Amy to list/sell my home. Within 3 weeks, I had a signed contract. There were a few hiccups that occurred in the mortgage approval, but now it's closed. Amy is a professional; she responded immediately to any questions I had prior to our decision to present a contract, without being pushy.
