I am so thankful for Amy and so excited to be in my new home. She is extremely knowledgeable and was always on top of everything. She went above and beyond what I expected from a Realtor and I would highly recommend her to anyone with real estate needs.
Amy recently helped us purchase a condo in Florida. She was responsive to our many questions and facilitated the purchase even though we were in New York. Amy was professional, gave us good insight, checked the unit prior to closing and generally made it easy for us to do this long distance. I would recommend her highly.
Amy is a consummate professional; she was knowledgeable, patient and personable. Being from out of state and traveling in to look at property, she catered to all my needs and was always conscious of my time. She helped me find the perfect place and I would recommend her to anyone, she is the best real estate professional I have ever worked with.
As a first time homebuyer, everything was a new process and Amy was excellent at communicating and explaining each and every step. It definitely was a pleasure working with her and I highly recommend her if you are seeking a home in Pinellas County.
Amy is AMAZING!!! Thank you so much, Amy for all the work you did for our family to find us OUR HOME!!!! A wonderful experience, I had, I assure you. Always available when I called and we kept you busy looking at house after house but you held on..... LOL, and I couldn't be happier! Thank you Amy, for a WONDERFUL experience! I DEFINITELY hope to utilize your expertise AGAIN in the future, and will HAPPILY recommend you to anyone for their ultimate home-buying experience!
Amy has been working with my husband & I to find a home in Florida - we are currently living in the Midwest. We visited Florida in March and were lucky enough to call her to show us homes we were interested in while we were there. She is awesome - welcoming, knowledeable, and very enthusiastic. She is fast to respond to any requests / questions (and we have had numerous!) Amy has a unique ability to truly "get" her customers - and we appreciate that. We are looking forward to finding our Florida home - and with Amy as our gu... read more
I feel very lucky to have found Amy, she is very pleasant, patient, and very nice to work with, never felt pressured to make a decision even after Amy showing me quite a few homes. She makes herself available and ready to show homes and answer questions. Very quick response to emails and phone calls. She WILL work for you. I highly recommend Amy to anyone buying or selling a home. I will recommend her to all my family and friends.
Amy was able to meet with us within an hour or so after contacting her to view a home. She was so knowledgable and full of great recommendations that were very helpful as we were first time home buyers. We had a contract on our home within 24 hours of Amy showing it and we closed within just a few weeks. She was available to answer any questions we had. I would recommend her to anyone in Pinellas county as she was such a joy have along on our journey to buy our first home.
She is the best. Always available to answer any questions and or concerns. Works with your schedule. Very knowledgeable. Super nice, love her personality . We found our house and closed within a month. I will strongly recommend her.
