Have been loyal patrons of Henry's since it opened. The past year or so new owners didn't keep up with Henry's whole feel for the restaurant. Well....back today with the newest owners. It FEELS and TASTES like Henry's again. My belly is very content and our favorite bartender, Julie, helps keep the vibe up. If you've stayed away for a bit, time to come back!!!
Put on hold for 30+ minutes to make a reservation, just did it online instead. Laura told me she was going to be 'right back'. I could have been told to do it online instead of wasting my time. Otherwise, I am putting a 3/5 because the food here is great and Chef Henry is a legend.
What an experience we just had at Henry's. We sat at the bar with Julie and wow, she was spectacular. She knows her stuff from her greeting to the specials and just knowledge. We will be returning to sit with Julie more frequently. Heard the new owners are great and eager to meet them on our next visit.
My wife and I stopped in for lunch on the Tuesday before Xmas. We had some seasonal cocktails, a fresh salad, and each ordered a sampler trio. The et tufay is amazing, the gumbo to die for, end the shrimp and grits had a nice creamy sauce that wasn't bad but not my favorite. I prefer red eye gravy. All in all the atmosphere and service was 10/10. Will return.
loved my margarita, the skinny jalapeno, they use my favorite jalapeno tequila tanteo!! Marissa gave us great service!!! very sweet. appetizers were great! food was delish.
Marissa was a great server portions are very big bar drinks were very good. Side salads a lil disappointing
The food was amazing and all the staff was great! The atmosphere was fun as well they give you beads!

My wife and I have gone to Henry''s for birthdays, anniversaries, every year for about 6 yrs. We have never been disappointed and have enjoyed awesome food, service, and ambiance. (Henry is a pretty cool guy as well!) Today was my 60th birthday lunch and it was fantastic! Our server, Ria(sp) was quite helpful, prompt, polite, and offered advise on specials and such. Sat at bar after 500 mile drive. Place was packed. Noisy, jovial, friendly. Barkeep Jessica was just great. And the food; redfish and a shellfish/spaghetti/cheese were simply wonderful. As good as anything we have had in New Orleans. Highly recommended.
