Had to get my Henry's fix again and even though a read over the menu (there really is a ton of excellent choices) I usually gravitate to the Seafood Plate. Had the shrimp and catfish, full portion and it was delicious. I thought I could finish but fell 6 shrimp short and a bunch of French fries! We did have reservations for 6:15 so got our table right away. Our server was right there, ordered waters and I added an Abita Amber, which was delicious! The ambience is so cute in this place. They have ample enough parking in front or directly across the street. The food was amazing The Customer Service was beyond great. Thank you, for a wonderful experience. I can't wait to come back.
Go to Henry's a lot great experience very clean welcoming bar. I love the hurricane drink and we always get the alligator appetizer delicious the Ooh La La very good with the catfish must have services always. Excellent food always delicious. Great experience every time. Very welcome great vibe amazing service.

I was curious if Henry's would be the same because my husband and I heard Henry either retired or sold the business. I have to say it was just as good as always in my opinion. Service was great as usual. My husband and I started with a special app of blue crab claws and they were sooooo good. I had a half (yes that's a half) gator po' boy and it was delicious but I did end up just mostly eating the gator because the sandwich was so large I knew I would never finish the whole thing. The Haitian sandwich is one of the best sandwiches I've had, period. The djon djon bowl was also great! The conch fritters and the lemonade were also so, so delicious. This was my first exposure to Haitian food but it won't be my last!
Enjoyed our lunch and can't wait to come back, when we are in the area again. Our server was very attentive, helpful and cheerful! The flavors were amazing!
Love the atmosphere and the food. The hush puppies are amazing. The owner is usually there and interacts with the customers.
The food was delicious! Had the Atchafalaya and the Sefood Platter. The Atchafalaya: the fried catfish was seasoned well. The crawfish sauce was spicy and tasted so good. Everything came out fresh and hot. Service: Great. The ambiance was good.

5/3/2025 This was our first time at Henry's Cajun Restaurant, and while there were definitely some bright spots, the overall experience was a bit hit or miss. The highlights: the gumbo was excellent--thick, hearty, and full of flavor. It leaned more toward a stew than a traditional gumbo, but it worked and was easily the best thing we tried.
