"Bought my first car in the USA with great pleasure!" Rose was great! She was both, friendly and professional with me. It is my first car I am buying in the USA and she answered all my questions about how they check the used cars there, how exactly it was serviced, what are the advantages and relative weakness of the option I was interested. My experience at the dealership service department yesterday at Herb Gordon Nissan was fantastic I have a wonderful service rep by the name of Lynn Fritz and I especially like the idea that they didn't try to sell me a service that I didn't need.
