"Above and Beyond" I cannot say enough good things about my experience with buying a car from Akeem. From the very first contact he was very quick, detailed and informative to my texts. "New Customer" Akeem was able to assist me with getting a new car. He was amazing! If you need a new vehicle definitely go see Akeem. Mark is awesome as well. It's like having a beer while he does your paperwork.

"They take care of you!" I had a terrific experience with Akeem and Ben at this dealership. They were professional, down to earth, and to the point, and went above and beyond to provide me with a great car I love. Akeem was very helpful and knowledgeable and he and Ben both kept me apprised of the process every step of the way and had me in and out the door with the car I needed while still making sure any questions I had were answered. I highly recommend!

"Rose was Great" Just bought a 2017 Nissan Sentra SL tonight. Rose was extremely pleasant and enjoyable. I was surprised when she told me she’s only been on the job for 4 months. She was very knowledgeable about the car and features. Mark is finance was very nice and helpful. He did not try to oversell me too much. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership.

"Frances is the BEST!" I needed to purchase a car to teach my daughter how to drive. I found a car at Herb Gordon during an online search. I called the dealer and was hooked up with Frances. I walked in at 10am and walked out at 11:45am with a car for my daughter. It was quick, painless, and hassle-free. My daughter is turning out to be a great driver and has driven “Frances” everywhere! GO SEE FRANCES!!!!

"A W E S O M E, F A N T A S T I C " When I say the type of customer service I received today!!!! I’m just so overwhelmed with APPRECIATION, GRADITUDE, LOVE ?? "Great Service and Very Helpful" Both Frances and Sven were very helpful and honest throughout the process of leasing my 2019 Nissan Leaf. I've never leased a car before, nor owned an electric car, and their guidance enabled me to make informed decisions for my car and myself. I think I would have had a lot of trouble without their help. Mark also worked with me to get the best deals and warranties for the lowest price. I couldn't be more grateful.
