I visited this facility My tour at Heritage Muskego was nice, and the staff was very friendly and very explanatory. They had a billiard table, there's a pool, indoor and outdoor areas where there are sitting rooms, and there are activity rooms. The patio was really nice, they have underground parking, and they have a theater. The staff is fabulous, and the dining area was very lovely and well lit. I visited this facility I went to Heritage Muskego. The person who gave us the tour was very capable and very friendly. I was very pleased. She showed us what we were interested in, which is a two-bedroom, and it made a very good impression. The rooms were spacious. The only thing I thought that was missing was some type of a hobby room where you could do things like wood carving, stained glass, or things of that nature. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My aunt moved into the Heritage Muskego a month ago. Basically, so far, it's very good. She likes the food, she's gaining weight, her color is wonderful, and she's more engaged. I think personally they're doing a good job with her; I think they're really quite good. She doesn't pick up her phone, we don't get to talk to her, and because of COVID, they only allow two people a week to come in and see her through a plastic sheet. I visited this facility We chose Heritage Muskego and we're moving in soon. It's beautiful, it has the two-bedroom that we're looking for, and they have a pool and other amenities that I liked. The staff is excellent, friendly, and very helpful. They have various activities that I did not check out at that time. They have a physical therapist that my husband can use, they have a workout room, and we're told the food is good. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident So glad we chose Heritage of Muskego for my Mom. She had a stroke and needed a little more help and more eyes on her. Heritage fits the bill in so many ways. Staff is always courteous, friendly and helpful. So many activities to partake in and monthly outings. I visited this facility We toured the independent living side of Heritage Muskego. Everything was very nice. I was impressed with them, the only problem I found was that they did not have an enclosed or underground parking, which I felt was very important to me. The staff was very nice, answered all our questions, showed us everything, and I liked the location.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident I had a loved one there in assisted living not living independently. I had to remove them because the care was different every day. They went through staff like crazy. No one knows what is going on there. There is no communication between care workers. Management is not any better, they justify everything that is wrong. I visited this facility My first impression of Heritage is that it was dark, not well-lit, and there was a lot of dark wood. It seemed a little depressing. The rooms seemed dark, too. The walls and the lighting were dark. It also seemed depressing. We only encountered one person who gave us the tour, and we liked him very much. I visited this facility I went to Heritage. It had all of the things in the apartment that my mom wanted like the microwave and the stove, and the space was nice. I liked the apartment. It had a washer and dryer in it, which is kind of something that my mom wanted at 96. So the impression was good. The entry was beautiful. There was a fireplace there, it was very pretty. However, what happened was that I had an appointment with them, and the guy canceled it two hours before the appointment. We rescheduled it to a Sunday, but... read more
