I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident I visited a loved one at Heritage's memory care in Muskego. They have a lady there who is just fantastic with the staff. She is also very good with the care of somebody who has dementia. It's a good place. The rooms are very nice too. It's a newer facility and it's beautiful. They've had some ups and downs with electricity, but it's taken care of. For activities, they usually have music.

I visited this facility Heritage was very nice. I met one staff member who gave me the tour, and he was very knowledgeable. He was busy with some other stuff, too, so slightly distracted, but overall, he was good. He answered my questions. It seemed like a very nice place. It was not homey. It was much more, which isn't a bad thing for some people, like a five-star hotel. It was very fancy. It had a swimming pool, it had a gym, and it had a walking track. It had a lot of amenities. I prefer the smaller, homier thing where I ... read more

I visited this facility I like that Heritage Muskego Senior Living is close. It's only a mile away. I like the swimming pool. They have a swimming pool there. Everything is newer. It was built in 2018, so it's just newer. What I did not like was looking out the window, it did not have a good view. There were buildings right there, and you looked at the back of a building. The rooms were nice and very, very clean. The staff said they had church come in. The staff who guided us was very talkative, and he showed us around and e... read more

I visited this facility Heritage was a very nice place. The tour was very good, and it was very informative. It was very clean, and it had a very homey feel to it. It had more of a classy feel. I liked that they have a lot of different activities available. The 1-bedroom apartment had a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, a counter with cabinets, and a sink. And then it had cathedral ceilings with a ceiling fan. They would supply a hospital bed, as well as a dresser and a nightstand. The staff who showed ... read more

I visited this facility Heritage is a beautiful place. They have a swimming pool, which is a plus. It's just three or four years old, so it's newer. The one we looked at was a one-bedroom, and it was quite large and very good. I liked it. When you walked in, there was like an island with chairs and things that you could work on. They have a microwave, stalls, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a washer and dryer. The staff was very friendly and willing to answer questions. She had answers to most of my questions.

I visited this facility Heritage was very nice, very well-kept, and very clean. They showed me a studio-type apartment. We toured the building and that type of thing. They gave me all kinds of paperwork to fill out and they said that they would need to check on availability for me for the respite care. They said that they can only accept like four respite cares in a week, and so they couldn't work that far in advance, because I'm going to be out of town for a little bit less than a week. The few staff that I saw were very po... read more

I visited this facility We went to Heritage in Muskego. It seemed a little older and a little bit more like a traditional nursing home. The rooms that we looked at were pretty nice and were big enough. The problem was that my mom and dad couldn't be in the same unit together because they're different levels of care. My dad would have gone to an assisted studio and my mom would have gone to a one-bedroom independently. They're somewhat close, but that was a dealbreaker. The staff was very knowledgeable. I was impressed with h... read more

I visited this facility Heritage is new, so it's only a few years old. They had a lot of amenities. The room was very spacious and would work for my dad. It was close to where we live. They have rehab available, a pool, parties, outings, games, and activities.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident I made my sister a very beautiful mother of pearl Christmas tree. Last time I came the room had been rearranged & the tree was placed on the window sill broken. I placed it in the corner on a small table where it wouldn't be in the way. A apology would have been nice. Why was it on a window sill that had blinds on it.
