Extremely knowledgeable relative to all aspects of the search and purchase. From taxes, schools, local development, infrastructure and local government our questions were easily answered by Brad. The help with utility providers, tax collection and other pre move in services is always greatly appreciated.
I have worked with Brad a few times and he has gone above and beyond to help make the real estate transaction less complicated. Brad is a great team player who puts his clients needs first. I will do business with him again and again. One thing that he does different is using Drone to help sell properties.
