We had a fantastic experience with Lisa. She kept us up to date on everything - excellent communication. Quick to respond to our questions. Extremely knowledgeable about the whole process of buying a house and all the steps we needed to complete. She completed everything necessary in a VERY timely fashion. I cannot say enough great things about Lisa. I found her by luck on Zillow, while inquiring about a certain property. Zillow connected me to her, and I instantly took to her warm personality and knowledge of the area. We were out of town buyers, so she was instrumental in helping us understand the areas we were looking into. She worked with us over the phone and email until we flew down to the DFW area. I closed on my home about a year and a half ago with the easiest closing I have ever had. Since my closing, The Hershenberg Group has reached out several times to "check in" and make sure I am still happy with my home, mentioned I might want to take advantage of the low interest rates going on right now (which I did) and even sent the most delicious cookies this past Halloween, many moons after we completed our business. He was very responsive & on top of all the deadlines. Definitely gets things done! He & Nick work well together. I have no complaints at all. Found my house the first day looking & beat out other bidders with their guidance. Even negotiated some of the sellers decor I really wanted to keep.

Tyler was an overwhelming joy to work with. In our particular case there were a few snags in the process, Tyler was a source of patience and stability and helped us formulate a great offer and get plenty of concessions from the seller. Tyler was patient and through in explaining the process. He was very familiar with the DFW area and was kind enough to show my wife and I lots of houses in multiple cities before we found our home. I know who I'm going to be calling first when the time to buy another house comes again.
