Salesperson: Patrick Manager: David I found a car on Auto Trader in the Tampa location. I live in Kissimmee, about 61 miles, but with traffic it’s a solid 90 minutes. I also had to pick up my trailer and a cashier’s check, which added one additional hour to getting there with everything I needed. This is the second time I’ve been to this location visiting from out of town. The first visit a month ago I waited on a representative for two hours until I decided to leave. I decided to give it another try since I was back in town. The second visit I waited over an hour, left and grabbed lunch. I returned and was able to look at a car I was interested in. Terrible experience.. sent my son up here to test drive 3 cars with every intention of buying one. I called first to verify that a 17 year old could test drive without an adult present. I was assured that valid drivers license and insurance was required. Female sales rep that answered the phone assured me that she checked with the manager. Do not trust this place. worst car buying experience ever. After finding a car online I messaged the dealership to see if the car was still available. After talking to two different employees, one virtually and one over the phone I set up an appointment for the next day to come in a buy the vehicle.
