While we had a great sales man during the purchase afterwards was a pain. We had a few things that needed to be fixed, they never called us when parts were in. I had to call them to see if they got the parts. Wrong parts were ordered. No big deal but again no call when Newport came in. Less than 300 miles and a 28 days later the water pump in our car went out and when I called to talk to someone I was hung up on twice and transferred to voicemail 1 time. I bought a car and it malfunctioned the first day, I was totally lied to before I bought the car my the sales mgr saying I will have 3 days no questions asked to bring back the car and cancel the loan. Brought the lemon back and mgr Diego denied everything. This is a big investment and this company is a rip off or they have bad management. I’m so beyond angry and they will hear from my lawyer.

Buyer beware I just bought a 2020 Camaro SS from the Brandon location. I didn’t even get it home and the top right rear brake caliper bolt literally fell out of the wheel, damaging the caliper and God knows what else. The second bolt was only finger tight. I had my entire family in the car and I shudder to think what would have happened had the caliper come off on the interstate. I am waiting for the tow truck to arrive to take it back to the dealer.
