In November I bought a 2020 Kia Sorento from HGreg.com Tampa . The salesperson let me know that I have a 100k mile power train and engine warranty on it. Sweet, sold. Imagine my shock when our transmission went out on a 3 YEAR OLD car this week and I was told I’m not actually covered because I’m not 1st owner, it’s gonna cost $3500 and it’s on national back order without an expectancy date because it’s a known problem. Shady car smelled like mildew. Asked for service report on vehicle they refused. All cars have a service report. If they won’t share with you something is up they don’t want you to know about . Run

I was going to go here but after seeing a friend go through such a rough time I think I'm good. My friend purchased a car a week ago and basically drained her account to make it happen and the car has not been working. The car has been in the dealer possession since the broken purchase. I do not recommend. First person I dealt with was Jaeson and he was professional. I was very interested in a 2018 Honda CR-V. I'm in Michigan and was going to have my father-in-law purchase it for me. All I wanted to know was what would be an estimate of the cost for the car with taxes and fees. Jaeson transferred me to the manager Jay so that he could get me the information. Jay wouldn't give me any information without me sending a copy of my driver's license. Worst dealership ever I bought a car from them I had a rear and noise took it to their shop told me everything was fine and that I was set. I took it to the Ford dealership and they said it is all messed up I saw personally and they don’t wanna pay for repairs also they sold me a vehicle there’s no catalytic converter‘s so it does not pass emissions

when selling your car there they do not tell you upfront until all paperwork is signed that you will not receive your payout for your car you just sold them 7 to 10 business days I did this last week and I still haven't seen a check yet
