I love working at hidden valley... That's why I've been there for 11+ years :)
I’ve been bringing my dogs here since 2017. Something has changed the past couple years at this place and it’s time to find a new vet. I requested a refill for my dogs Apoquel and waited 2 days. They never called me…meanwhile my dog is miserable. I called again for the third time only to be told they declined the refill and that I’ll have to bring her in and get vaccines before they’ll refill it. What? We indicated the last time that we re-filled your medication that we would like to see the patient in and update a rabies vaccine. This is not only important for your pet's health, but also the health and safety of the entire household and public. In most towns and jurisdictions it is also required by law. If there is any further discussion you would like to have, we would be happy to do so.
Quoted 200 dollars for a procedure and get there the day of and they say it’s 400. And they kept the 100 deposit. Time to find a new vet!!

We had a really terrible experience here. Our dog had mats on his head, ears and hip. He’s a doodle. I was aware of the mats. I knew they would have to cut them out and he may have a shorter cut. When I picked him up he was shaved completely down to nearly the skin. They even shaved his tail hair completely off like a rats tail. They shaved the inside of his ears and nicked his skin.
