complete liars about exams and fees and the doctor who gave the 50% off talked to me like i was hood rat buying all cheap food for my dog i had to keep repeating to her that we dont buy store bought cheap food for our dog and yet she still would mention it. Then they lie to you about the fees OMG! First off, the initial visit to meet the staff was good. I had been referred for boarding my 9month old puppy. We dropped him off on Friday morning after getting him settled in. The young lady working in the boarding area even assured me that the other people were just as friendly, she asked if I'd like a picture sent to me daily and of course I said yes. I left him with a bad feeling anyway but think as hoping it was just me overthinking things. Saturday I had not gotten a picture so I called the office since I knew they cl... read more

You are very irresponsible and need to be closed down ! You LOST a German Shepherd and don't even have the decency to post him on your page as missing ! You need to be sued and closed down !
We brought our cat to this hospital because he is an older cat and they offer laser removal for claws and our normal office does not offer it. They quoted me one price and when I came to pick him up they added an additional 100+ dollars to the balance. It was very corrupt of the office to do so. Three Trails animal hospital has never done that, after the multiple procedures that we have done there. I will never go back to Hidden Valley, they have completely lost my trust.
