Recently my 15 year old lab had a sudden change and I knew she needed immediate care. All the clinics in Burnet were closed or to busy. These fine folks waited for me to get her to the clinic. Dr. Kaspar and staff were patient and kind and helped ease her through her final moments. It is never easy to saw goodbye to a family member but I thank you all for being there and making it painless for her.

The staff here have been so accommodating. Taking your fur babies to the vet is usually not a pleasant thing, but compassionate staff make it so much better. Thank y'all for being awesome.
My first experience was for my sweet Doberman Zara's ear cropping. It was very nerve wracking as this was a new experience for me and my sweet girl. Dr. Yung was amazing, he took the time to explain everything to me and assured me she would be in the best hands. He did a wonderful job and even talked me through a few things after hours (one time after midnight). Her ears were standing after only 5 days!!!
