Very friendly..They take care of you really good when you lost your pet
Our pets are members of our families, and I trust Highland Lakes Veterinary Clinic to take care of all their needs. They are always ready to answer any of my questions and their friendliness is always welcoming.
The staff here have been so accommodating. Taking your fur babies to the vet is usually not a pleasant thing, but compassionate staff make it so much better. Thank y'all for being awesome.
My first experience was for my sweet Doberman Zara's ear cropping. It was very nerve wracking as this was a new experience for me and my sweet girl. Dr. Yung was amazing, he took the time to explain everything to me and assured me she would be in the best hands. He did a wonderful job and even talked me through a few things after hours (one time after midnight). Her ears were standing after only 5 days!!! I visit there every month with my special needs dog for the last two and a half years. Each visit is a pleasure to work with the staff. They are helpful, kind, and compassionate to my Dora. I am very pleased with the service I receive.
