Couldn’t be more pleased , behavior assistance , answers questions, and incredibly kind !! After wildness in waiting room my chocolate lab covered vet and assistant in kisses !! She loves staff and they return the love despite her “under construction “behavior !

Our dog needed an emergency c section and our other vet couldn’t do it. We didn’t want to go to Georgetown. Everyone one was wonderful especially Dr Krobot couldn’t not have been nicer or more professional. Our babies have a new regular vet now♥️
I have been bringing my pets to Dr Donnie for well over 25 yrs. He and his entire team have always made us feel welcomed. Over the years they have gone above and beyond just being our vet.... we (my pets and I) have always been treated with kindness and compassion with a genuine concern for my pets as well as for my feelings in times of sorrow and despair. Highland Lakes has been our vet clinic for 5 + years. I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else. Dr. Jung and the other vets are excellent. They take great care with every visit. Dr. Jung basically revived our diabetic dog and gave us 2 more years with him. I’ll never take my pets anywhere else. The office staff is also excellent.

Dr. Kelly Krobot is incredible!!! Our dog was bitten by a rattlesnake on a Sunday morning and she rushed in to meet us and get treatment started immediately! I was a nervous wreck and she was calm, professional, and optimistic! She even sent me a video of my sweet girl the night she had to stay on IVs just to help ease my worries. Not to mention their office is SPOTLESS and smells fantastic. We were VERY impressed!!! (we are from out of town and werent even patients and still treated with priority!)
