Highland Palm Healthcare Center was excellent with the Care of my father who has just passed away. LVN Mario and staff were very professional with his med's and they did everything they could to make Dad comfortable showing, love, compassion, and caring hands as Dad passed on to glory. I want to compliment the staff of Highland Palms Healthcare. I am a firefighter paramedic and I have responded to several places like this over the years. The staff was caring, polite, and knowledgeable of the patient. The facility was immaculate...so clean and fresh I was beyond impressed. I'm here lying on my bed!! I've been in 6 different places just like this! All the same only small things are different! If you have a loved one who needs help with their daily needs then come and check it out and I recommend this place to you got to go it's lunch time

That's the most cleanest care homes I have ever seen. The stuff are so polite and well mannered. They should be rated 5 star to my opinion

My friend was placed at this facility. She seems in a good space. Used the yelp directions application to locate it as you can easily miss it. Facility does not smell. That's a first cuz most nursing homes smell. Staff was very helpful as I came in after hours. Friend is very happy here. I don't think it's good to have anyone at a nursing home for a long period of time. My friends care person said she'll be there for 3 weeks so they are saying true to their word.

I've been there a couple of times. Staff is always very nice to me. In fact, over the past three years I've noticed this place is getting nicer and nicer. Most of these type of places are difficult because they are old and smell like urine. Not this place. Always clean and always done a good job of care.

I am reviewing the interaction I had with one of the staff/personnel named Jessica. She was very unprofessional in handling my call. I had called to speak to my dad, of whom I had spoken to previously while at the facility. According to her, the way I asked about my dad was reason enough to give me the run around, by telling me that she would give me a call back after about 5 minutes.
