I would also like to give a heartfelt recommendation for the Palm Center in East Highland. The staff there has always been absolutely wonderful -- caring, patient, and consistently helpful to our family member who stays there. It can be difficult to find a place where you feel truly confident leaving someone you love, but the Palm Center has given us that peace of mind. My father suffered a stroke back in 2023 and has been at Highland Palms since. Every person I have interacted with here has been outstanding, from the director Tom to the ladies who have helped my dad with paperwork and billing, Yesenia and Griselda. The nurses are also so helpful and outstanding and really dedicate a lot to their jobs. (There have been many I wish I remembered all of their names). I am thankful for my dad's care during these fragile times. Thanks again Highland Palms staff!

Highly Recommend Highland Palms Health Care Center! I can't say enough great things about Highland Palms Health Care Center. Shady and staff were amazing!!! I had a family member who stayed here and during their stay I can say that the nursing staff was amazing but physical therapy was terrible. My mother in law was getting therapy and had a therapist, Laura, who was condescending, rude, abrasive, short, always had a huff & puff attitude, and seemed to hated her job. Steven the physical therapist, only showed up for her first treatment and was out the door quicker than we could even think. He never worked with her again. The nursing staff however was amazing. Highland Palms Healthcare Center has the best interest of their patients in mind when coordinating the patient's care plan. The Physical Therapy staff (especially Laura and Nick) provided the optimal levels of PT to assist my mother in her rehab. DD and her staff At Highland palms Health care center was wonderful, kind, understanding and helpful. The staff at Highland Palms worked very hard to make my parent feelcomfortable. My 68 year old father had a really bad stoke DD and her staff did everything in their control to make my father feeI safe. I felted cofadent that my father was in good hands. Highland Palms is a wonderful facility. I visit many facilities and this building is Immaculately maintained and the cleanest facility I have been to. The staff truly cares and when you interact with the patients they are happy and engaged. The rehabilitation outcomes for these patients are excellent and the nursing care is excellent. I would send a loved one there with no hesitation. Administration is involved and always puts the needs of their patients first above all else. Highland is a great facility. 10/10
