RecommendedWhen you don’t have children, your dogs are your children. I don’t trust my babies with anyone except Dr. Razer at Hillcrest Animal Hospital. With four dogs, I feel like I see Dr. Razer every other week, but that’s ok because she treats my babies like they are hers. RecommendedI’m not one to write reviews but I felt compelled to do so after the excellent care my pup received. The staff that answered my phone call was so kind and patient as I talked to her through my panicked crying; she worked me in to see Dr. Clark within an hour. I was amazed by Dr. Clark’s compassion and thoroughness as she talked through treatment options. We had to leave our pup in their care for several days which made me a nervous wreck. Recommended5 years ago, my shih tzu was attacked by our rescue pit bull. Our Tootsie suffered a cracked vertebrae, where she eventually got pneumonia, suffered a punctured trachea, & torn esophagus tissue. Our local vet in Magnolia, AR, didnt have the means necessary to perform the surgeries she needed, so we were referred here. I thank God on her anniversary each year for the staff here at Hillcrest. RecommendedI’ve been sent to Hillcrest over many years spanning 22+yrs for their expertise in dog specialties by my hometown Vet.. I’ve always been treated very professionally and my dogs have as well with great care and love! I’ve always seen Dr Sonya LaVergne except on one other visit I saw Dr Larry Nafe. I highly recommend Dr Nafe but I personally love Dr LaVergne, she is very personable, caring, loving, sympathetic, listens well and at the same time explains things on a level of understanding! RecommendedThe front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Nafe did a great job removing a tumor in a difficult area on my dog. Dr. Pennington called me on a Saturday morning to let me know the lab results came back cancer free. My experience here was wonderful!
