The HAH staff and doctors are fabulous!
I got wonderful news at the specialist that my dog in fact did not have heart disease as her regular vet I had thought. It's was expensive for the visit and Echo, but the news was well worth it. I did feel a little rushed however. And I did not actually get any paperwork with lab or procedure results on the day of my dog's visit. However I was able to call afterwards and have them email them to me. Over all, I do feel like the knowledge and experience of the Vets were very good.

Dr Lavergne is the best vet ever! Not because she’s sweet or kind, or because you can tell immediately she has a way with animals...it’s because she is extremely thorough, professional and I could tell she is one of those that leaves no stone unturned. Besides all this, I had an immediate concern about my precious Cindy and they told me that Dr Lavergne was leaving in 45 minutes... but if I could get there, she would see me. I am on a work assignment in Little Rock and my cat was under the weather. Hillcrest Animal Hospital got him in to be seen right away. The staff was very friendly! The doctor was also very friendly and super helpful. I am so glad I found this vet office!
