Personal, professional service from the doctors. Dr. Larry has worked miracles for my animals, from dachshunds to Dobermans over the last 20 years with neurological, cruciate repairs!
1) they have the most talented vets in the state, and are very thorough. 2) Always try to get you seen same day, if humanly possible, based on criticality 3) fantastic and very positive and loving staff.
Hillcrest Animal Hospital has been so kind, and so accommodating in helping us with a plan of care for our cat PJ.They call us after a visit, and review how her visit went, and answer any questions or concerns .Ive been pleased with their obvious care for our fur baby.The only problem is their driveway/ parking area, but hopefully that will be resolved soon....... My baby, jack, underwent surgery for a torn ACL, his second In eight weeks. While he is physically traumatized, he is doing pretty good emotionally. I always know they care about my babies as much as I do.

Everyone, from the doctors to the techs to the front desk, and everyone in between, are compassionate and professional. We moved to Arkansas mid 2013. It took 4 tries to find Hillcrest and 2 of the previous 3 clinics do not compare to Hillcrest. Our beloved cat, Chipmunk, lost out to age (17 1/2years old) about a month ago and her passing was handled with such dignity. Last week our precious little dog, DeeDee, crossed the Rainbow Bridge.
