The utilities are... (Verified Renter) The utilities are off the charts! Everyone was getting really upset about it. It was 2 1/2 times higher than when we moved in. With no explanation as to why. Then suddenly it went back down after 18 months of sky high bills four months before our lease was up. The bills say 'On behalf of your community Hilliard Summit' which leads you to believe they are owned by the same people or HS is getting a kick back.
